VGA monitors ALSO cost $500 or more - the cheap VGA monitors are either too
fuzzy or are MONCHROME (ie: B&W) VGA monitors.

BUT: Commadore's RGB monitor for it's Amiga computers WILL work with the
IIgs (I'm using one on my IIgs) - the Commadore monitor will also display
IBM CGA and normal NTSC composite video AND "s-video" as output by S-VHS and
ED-Beta VCRs. Cost: $275

Will it work in interlace mode? (like, do you get headaches after using it
for 1/2 hour?) Supposedly when you put a VOC into interlace mode and
use it with the GS's monitor it gives you headaches... or at least this
was what Jim Mensch was saying on GEnie... he was able to use his gs
for about 1/2 hour in interlace mode before the migrains started... Hmm..
