[comp.sys.apple] Missing pieces in comp.binaries.apple2

What is the *accepted* procedure for getting incomplete
postings, at my site, reposted? For example, the recent
postings of GS+ Magazine Stack were missing part 1, and 
Quadronome was missing parts 2 and 3.

Do I send mail to the poster asking for a private copy, or 
to comp.sys.apple requesting a repost, or some other action??
