Does anyone know of a method of redirecting printer output. The problem is as follows: Some programs assume you have an ImageWriter or LW attached to the printer port of the GS. I have a GS(ROM03) on an AppleTalk network with access to a LW(NT). The LW(NT) can emulate an ImageWriter there doesn't seem to be a way of redirecting output to it(or a file for further redirection) for those programs that do not support the Chooser method of selecting a printer. While I'm at it, there have been so many rumours concerning the demise of the Apple//(whether that includes the GS eludes me) on this newsgroup that it is really reaching an unbearable limit. The most recent quote MacWeek(which seems to be sending conflicting signals with each issue). Perhaps a more objective source would be InfoWorld's recent article which included an interview with John Sculley(Febuary 5).It is stated there that Apple has no intention of dropping the Apple//. Now I believe that Mr. Sculley is an honorable man. What does it take for these rumours to cease? --- * Via ProDoor 3.1R
