I have a //c with an Apple LCD screen, and would like to use it when
I'm travelling around, in my car (and thus make good use of wasted time
at traffic lights :-). Could someone tell me if :
1) is it Ok to just connect my //c's internal power supply to 12V via
the cigarette lighter plug ?
2) as I guess I'll have to make a special cable, what is the din
connector pin-out for the power socket ?

Could someone tell me if : In the latest issue of Popular Science (the one on the newstands anyway) in the "What's New?" columns, they have an adapter that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter and has a standard power plug on the other end. I don't remember if it had a ground though, and I don't know if it would be a good idea to use your //c with it. Check with the manufacturer.
