[comp.sys.apple] help with //gs & promitheus modem

 Have a friend who just bought a //gs & is having problems hooking up
his promitheus (sp?) modem. Seems the conectors are different, can 
someone tell us how the connectors should be wired or perhaps thats
not all the problem. HELP

I used a ProModem 1200 before I got my Epic Classic II.  I just bought a cable
for a Mac/GS/C that had a serial connector on the other end.  It worked fine.
My friend is now using it all the time on his SE/30.  You might have a bad
cable.
