The speed adjustment screw is a small plastic pot. located in the bottom of the 
drives.  You must remove the case bottom, and look at each drive.  Toward the
back of each drive there is a small hole.  Inside, there is a screw.  It's deep
!!!  It's also very soft.  Use a jeweler's screwdriver, and be carefull!  I
have torn one up, and it's a bitch to replace.  You should do this with a 
good program ( I use Copy II+, V9.0).  It doesn't take alot of movement to
adjust.  One other hint:  Slow #2 drive slightly (maybe 200.5 ms), and it
will help when you are doing a bit copy that requires nybble counting.
(copy 1 to 2 of course).
