[comp.lang.misc] Info on ECL ?

   Does anybody out there know where I could find a copy (microfiche, paper or file)
   of the ECL Programmer's Manual?
   It is referenced several times as:

      B. Wegbreit: The ECL Programmer's Manual, TR 72-21, Center for Research in 
      Computing Technology, Harvard U., Cambridge.

   Unfortunately it was never issued as a government report (on fiche) or published
   anywhere else (to my knowledge).

   Also: Is this system in use somewhere? What is the 'experience' like?
