[comp.lang.misc] Coroutine C

I am interested in a version of C that would allow one to use
coroutines (ie would allow for the resume() statement). This is helpful 
in the simulation of concurrent languages. Anybody know of  anything out there
that might do the job (a C compiler that would take Coroutine C and
produce regular C code) ?
