Can anyone point me to references on how to write a hierarchical browser? Information on the internals of fisheye browsers would be even more welcome. I'm interested in issues such as what kinds of data structures representing screen contents facilitate incremental update, and how to calculate minimal updates. (I know about the Demers et al article in POPL-81; I'm looking for something more implementation-oriented.) Thanks in advance, -David West dwt@zippy.eecs.umich.edu
