Sounds like it would be a ball; I'm all for it.  If you're looking for a name,
consider comp.lang.foo...  (Think about it. :^)

I'm against it, for now.  Lets talk about them in comp.lang.misc.  We can
start a newsgroup later if the volume gets too high.
