[comp.lang.misc] Concurrent Euclid for the 88K

rec@dg.dg.com (Robert Cousins) (04/20/89)

Does anyone know of a concurrent euclid compiler available for the 88000
in either native or cross form? Also, has anyone heard about Tunis lately?
It is a Unix (version 7?) compatible operating system written in euclid
but it had some unusual features. As of 5 or 6 years ago it was showing
some promise of breaking new ground, but then nothing at all seems to have
come from it. Holt wrote a book on it several years ago, but the book
contained little in the way of an actual explaination (such as the Bach
book) of what is going on and how it is different.

Any replies would be appreciated.
