You talk about movies shot in home towns being bad with true details,
but did anyone see The Atlanta Child Murders on tv ? For one thing,
there was one scene in a video arcade. This scene was supposed to have
taken place in the 1970's. There were some video games from the 1980's
in that "futuristic" arcade. Also, one mother of a victim wore a
sweater that is only fashionable now. Bad details.
Also, did anyone ever see the movie _Cape Fear_ (Universal, 1963 I
believe, starring Gregory Peck, Polly Bergen, and Robert Mitchum) ? No
one around this school has even heard about it and it is my favorite
movie. I cannot remember 2 things about it, however.
1) What is the last name of Gregory Peck's character ??
I know his first name was Sam.
2) What is the name of the actress that played his daughter.
Anybody who knows the answer, please post it.
Also, as this article is about detail - here's a bit more, they drank
Budweiser beer out of a can during that movie.
