Try Rick Holt's group at the University of Toronto for their
implementation of Concurrent Euclid. I believe that they have
moved on to a new language embodying many of the features of Concurrent Euclid.

Do they have an email address? We have an old version of Concurrent Euclid
compiler, but the quality of generated code is somewhat sub-optimal. Because
we use it for real-time embedded systems, we could use an upgrade.
