Dear Folks, I was talking to one of my teachers the other day about a language called SETL. During the conversation he mentioned that if I liked SETL, and I do, then I'd probably also like a language called MODCAP. I wish to find a copy of MODCAP that is available for ftp. If my information is correct, MODCAP was developed by a gentleman named Mark Wells. He originally worked on MODCAP at Los Alamos and then moved to the University of New Mexico or New Mexico State.
