After three tries and three bounces, I decided to punt and post these additions to Tom Rombouts's (tomr@ashtate) list: > Compact COBOL, COMPASS (COMprehensive ASSembler, widely used name for CDC assemblers) > FLPL, FMS [?], FORC, FOCAL (FOrmula CALculator, common on DEC machines) > Speedcoding, SPEEDCODING 3, SPEEDEX, SPITBOL (Snobol compiler, I don't remember where, but there was also ICEBOL, another one (did I miss it in your list?)) > Laboratory, T, TABSOL, TACPOL, TALL, TAWK, TBIL (Tiny Basic Interpreter Language, the inner interpreter of Tom Pittman's set of Tiny Basics in DDJ) > TRANSCODE, TRANSIT, TREET, True BASIC, TURING, Turtle, Turbo TUTOR (Scripting language on PLATO systems from CDC) And we used a "decision table" language for controlling Pinball machines for a few years. It was called, naturally, PINBOL :-) No, really, it included a multi-tasking executive and an interpreter that worked on data structures "compiled" from condition:action lists.
