Is anyone aware of a bitmap form of the APL character set as might be used in a character generator or a workstation font map? Something like a 9x15 matrix would be ideal but I'd be interested in any clearly readable fonts that might be publicly available or available for purchase. Reply to me or to the newsgroup; I'll summarize direct replies if there is general interest. Thank you. I am prins@boursin.wisc.edu (UUCP: cornell!prins or uwvax!prins)

IBM has a font with APL character for their 3800 laser printer. I believe the font name is AT10, but I could be mistaken about that. The 3800 has 240 dots per inch, and I think the font size would be about 24x40. I do not have access to it, and do not know how you would go about getting it.
