                    IBM PC PROGRAMMER WANTED
               Los Angeles, South Bay, Ocean View

Requisites:
Strong PC experience, including knowledge of hardware.
You probably have programmed a PC in C or assembler.

Not required but will be appreciated:
APL programming experience or familiarity
     (if no APL, a Math or Science Background)
Experience in Business Applications
File management experience
Screen management experience
IBM mainframe and DEC VAX familiarity.

Immediate and future duties:
Be a PC resource for this small but highly technical company.
Development work for 386 PC.
APL development
     (you can learn APL if you are otherwise qualified)
Customer support on PC-related questions
Local-area network and graphics development

Benefits:
Salary is negotiable to be based on your fit to  our  needs  (see
above).   Medical, etc., but other benefits pale by comparison to
the view of the Pacific Ocean from  your  desk  in  your  private
office.

We are located on Sepulveda on the boundary between  Hermosa  and
Manhattan Beach, an ideal location for lunch at the Hermosa beach
pier, or other lunchtime beach recreation.  We  provide  a  quiet
comfortable   working   environment   with   about  10  competent
cooperative people, 5 of whom are programmers.  We know about and
use PC's, but we need an expert around!

We make a very sophisticated financial reporting package which we
are   bringing  into  fifth,  and  eventually,  sixth  generation
technology.
