Switzerland. It was accompanied by a huge file containing "RATAPL",
which I have forwarded to Rahul Dhesi, moderator of the newsgroup
"comp.binaries.ibm.pc". I understand that he will be distributing
it in the very near future. If you would like to try RATAPL you
get it from that group. If you do not have access to that group,
I might be able to help you to get a copy.

Rationalized APL\PC Release T1.4, by Andreas Werder
Rationalized APL\PC is an experimental APL interpreter model that
implements the concept of rationalized APL and the APL Dictionary
proposed by K.E. Iverson. Although only a subset of the Dictionary
APL the interpreter provides the basic functionalities of a future
3rd generation APL.
Contents of RATAPL.ARC file:
The RATAPL.ARC file contains the interpreter and ancillary files,
plus some descriptions. Before running the interpreter, you should
read RATANN.DOC (an overview) and RATAPL.DOC (the documentation).
Rationalized APL\PC is freeware - please refer to the disclaimer
in RATAPL.DOC.
