David, It went away. :-) Actually, it was removed because many of it's features were replaced by other system functions and/or developers felt that it was providing access to some system internals that applications shouldn't really need. Actually, it still exists in APL2 in another incarnation. Its now called quadIB, but is only available if you are authorized; ie. if you have SYSDEBUG(128) set on.
