Does any one know where there are docs for "IAPL" ?  I found it for
a ms-dos machine, and it looks interesting, but there are no docs!

In 1989, it cost (for the pc) 4 pounds sterling.

You should also be able to get it through ACM SIGAPL. Try the 
Bay Area APL Group, whatever their name is. If that doesn't work out,
try the I.P. Sharp office in Palo ALto, who should be able to
put you onto the local SIGAPL people. (If I.P. Sharp isn't in the
phone book any more, try Reuter:file or Reuters in Palo ALto.
