Hello, Is there anybody else out there currently using or trying to use, or has used the Gipsy Image Processing system developed at Virginia Polytech (I believe)... We have this package, it is all written in Ratfor, and it is quite a nice software system, but it seems hard to interface with it and its SIF (Standard Image Format) Image file type from other languages outside the Gipsy system... I would appreciate getting in touch with anybody else out there that has used Gipsy and/or SIF... we are running the package on a Vax 11/750 under VMS, but it was originally developed under IBM 370. Along similar lines... anybody out there know of any movements towards image file standards in the field of medical imaging?
