> Last week I received a catolog from Barnes and Noble. It included > Copacabana $59.95 > A Day at the Races 49.95 > A Night at the Opera 49.95 > A Night in Casablanca 49.95 > Room Service 19.95 > A couple questions. Does anyone have a complete list of all movies > the Marx Brothers were in? Does anyone know where others are available? > Why the variety in price? Off the top of my head: Animal Crackers Cocoanuts Horsefeathers Monkey Business Duck Soup At the Circus Go West Love Happy To relive many of the best moments from the better Marx Brothers movies I recommend the books "Hooray for Captain Spaulding" and "Why a Duck" by Richard Anobile. They contain stills and dialogue from the movies, and some discussion of the making of the movies. Reading the lines is not nearly as good as hearing them, and of course Harpo's jokes don't work at all in a book, but it is cheaper than owning legal copies of all the movies. -- Jon Mauney, mcnc!ncsu!mauney North Carolina State University (Oh Professor! you're so full of whimsey)
