F8x subj spawn I have not seen the spec on f8x, but I plan to have a look. Does f8x support the equivalent of the C system command. this is a most useful tool. Also does f8x support a spawn command. Spawn will spawn a background process. Nice for parallel processing. Parallel make does this. Pmake runs 10 times faster than my pc6300plus when making ckermit on a Balance with 10 processors. the data is plus 29mins Balance 2.6 minutes. herbst@ecsvax
