Can anyone suggest a syntax for INCLUDE for Fortran that does not make your source code dependent on the host file system's filename syntax? As in, what will INCLUDE 'USR$LIBRARY:GOO.INC;32' do when I try it on UNIX or VM? Or what will INCLUDE '/usr/sierra/lamson/libs/math.constants.single' do to a VMS system? This seems to me to be one advantage to the MODULE syntax, although I agree modules can't "include" all the things INCLUDE can. Is this a problem? It seems to me to be something worth worrying about... Scott| ARPA: lamson@ge-crd.arpa Lamson| UUCP: uunet!steinmetz!sierra!lamson (518)387-5795| UUCP: uunet!steinmetz!lamson!crd
