My favorite closing credits are the ones from 'Being There', which consist of a series of out-takes of a scene that never did make it into the film. Peter Sellers flubs the same line over and over, bursting into giggles each time he has to refer to another character as an 'asshole' in his Chauncy Gardener monotone. The viewer can't help but laugh along, and is left with the impression that Sellers never got the line right.
