[net.music] Weird Al Yankovic

	Just in case no one else tells you:

	"Weird Al" Yankovic has at least two albums out (on Rock&Roll Records),
    both of which include satires & original songs. I like the original stuff
    better, by the way. His first album is just called Weird Al Yankovic, the
    second is called Wierd Al Yankovic in 3-D. Neither of these albums contain
    "Yoda" or "It's still Billy Joel to me".
	Wierd Al is from San Luis Obispo, or else Santa Barbara, Ca. (I've
    heard both claimed with equal authority). He was first broadcast on the
    Dr. Demento show on KMET in Los Angeles (The Doctor also has a syndicated
    show, but it's not the same).

Rumor is that Weird Al's next video will be featuring an old man and his wife
wearing silly Hawaiian shirts and Bermuda shorts, traveling on senior citizen
package tours to exotic places:

	His name is Leo, and he travels all he can,
	Just like the ones who photograph Duran Duran, ...

[Just a thought...]

Speaking of Weird Al:

Have you seen his new one--I Lost on Jeopardy. It is great!!!
Look for the cameo at the end of the song by Greg Kihn.
