We are looking for text editing development tools for FORTRAN on our IBM PC, preferably source code. In particular, we are looking for routines that perform word wrap and mail merge. FORTRAN source code from other systems will also be useful. This will be used to generate letters directly from project data for a project in children's temperament analysis.
