This is probably One Of Those Questions, but I need the information anyway. I'd like to get information about fortran compilers for IBM PC class machines running MS DOS. Im interested specifically in hearing about the general quality of the package and if it includes things like : Syntax sensitive editors Debuggers Graphics Numerical Subroutine Libraries Other support (ie, tags, pretty printers...) Price is also of interest, so do mention it if you can. Please respond by mail and if I get a couple of requests for a summary I will summarize. -- jeff putnam -- I should have been a pair of ragged claws jefu@pawl.rpi.edu -- Scuttling across the floors of silent seas. -- Phew! I have seen both MIcrosoft and LPI advertised. Any comparisons? Also price. I want it for some private work I am doing modelling dissolved oxygen in rivers. I have Microsoft on the MS/DOS side, but I want to move everything to the Xenix side. Louis Schmittroth
