MACINTOSH MPW Language Systems FORTRAN: Under MPW Language Systems FORTRAN, we have been trying to print out a window created with QuickDraw, from within a program. Our main reference has been Inside Macintosh Vols. I & II, especially Vol II and the chapter on the Print Manager. So far, all attempts to print have failed. If anyone has succesfully printed out (even text using the Print Manager from in this situation) I would really like to find out details.
