[comp.lang.fortran] What is covered by the "MIL STD"?

I often read in manuals that this or that Fortran compiler implements
some of the "MIL STD" (US military standard, for those unfamiliar)
extensions to the Fortran77 standard.

The extensions I am aware of are some intrinsic functions for bit
manipulation.  What other extensions are in the MIL STD?

Does this standard have a full reference?  I've never seen it given.
Where can I obtain a copy?
