We have a Compaq 386, Deskpro, with a monochrome monitor which I believe is a CGA High Resolution graphics type monitor. Does anyone know where I can obtain the graphics instruction set for this kind of monitor? I have written fortran subroutines for graphics terminals having Tektronix 4010, Regis, and HPGL graphics (used in Hewlett Packard plotters) and would like to do the same for this monitor. We have the CGI graphics routines that come with the Xenix Development System but they require the calling program be written in C and I want to write in fortran. I realize that I could write C subroutines that call the CGI routines which could be called by my fortran program but I would rather not do this. Raymond Willis Northeast Forest Exper.
