[comp.lang.fortran] Is there any difference in subroutine call in Microsoft and TPI?

I have just got a question whether there is any difference in call statement
and declarations of subroutines in Fortran 77 on Microsoft Fortran T30
and TPI Fortran v. 3.10?
Some friends need to know if it is work worth in transferring the code
from Microsoft versjon for MS-DOS to Unix.
Is there any differences that users who have transferred the code knows 
about?

Do any of you have a Fortran -> C translator which could make runnable
code under Unix?
