[comp.lang.fortran] Fortran 90 reference

Now, I'm working on a software development of a parallel
software.

And I'd like to know the specification of FORTRAN 90 or 8X ( But,
I don't know whether these are different or not ).

Could anyone have the pointer of the reference or the book about it ?
