Sorry 'bout the misunderstanding, but I'm looking for something free of charge,
like something stored in a FTP site.

I Guess I'm confused. Microsoft FORTRAN 5.0 is a commercial product which
Microsoft charges real dollars for and which is copyrighted. Any posting
of that compiler to an FTP site or any other publicly available site would
certainly be in violation of the licensing agreement and copyright law.
Are you after a compiler which is MS Fortran 5.0 compatible? Or just
any P.D. FORTRAN compiler? or WHAT?
