I caught the first showing of this film at Dartmouth, where its
director, Dusan Makavejev (who made MONTENEGRO, SWEET MOVIE, and
others) has been a visiting professor. This is his most accessable
(and most expensive) movie, yet. It was made in Australia, but
that's as much as I'll say, so not to spoil the fun.
It is WONDERFUL. If you liked LOCAL HERO you will like this; I
think it's better!
From Dartmouth it went off to Cannes, but it may come to your town,
soon. Don't miss it!
