[comp.lang.fortran] Is there are PD Fortran Compiler available

Hi,
  Does anyone know of a PD fortran compiler, which is
retrievable by anonymous ftp. If not, then does there exist
a fortran to c compiler also for the IBM. I know there is one
for the unix system but haven't seen one for IBM MS-DOS systems.
If there is one, what are it's faults. Thanks.
