[comp.lang.fortran] Transferring VAX to RS6000

I'm working on transferring a large amount of VAX (Fortran 66) fortran files
to a RS/6000 running AIX3.1 (Fortran 77)...  Does anybody know of any available
pd conversion software floating around that I could FTP?  A F66->77 utility  
could really help me out. :)  Thanks,
