I would like to be able to write a graphical image to my VGA monitor from inside an MS-Fortran 5.0 program. The graphics library that is provided (Graphics.lib), however, only supports EGA, CGA and limited VGA. I have a monitor (and graphics memory) that is capable of 1024x768x8bits and would like to be able to write to it in this mode but I would settle for writing 640x480x8bits. Have any of you tried this and if so how did you get around the limitations of GRAPHICS.LIB? Any help would be much appreciated.
