Sorry to be such a pest, but I still need parts H, I, K, L, and M of the declarative languages bibliography. Could someone please mail me these? The relevant issues of PROLOG DIGEST never reached our site. The local systems people checked our feeds and the issues didn't reach them either. I've tried mailing request directly to Chuck Restivo and Lauren Smith, but apparently I haven't gotten through. Please, can someone help me?
