This is approximately a year old, but given the large number of requests
that have come through recently...I DID NOT COMPILE THIS LIST, nor do I
plan to maintain it, so please don't send updates to me.  I seem to
vaguely remember that Bruce Smith (bts@unc.UUCP) of UNC posted the original.
