[comp.lang.prolog] Algorithmic Program Debugging Code

  Does anybody know what happened to Shapiro's Algorithmic Program Debugging
 code? I remember it was in the Prolog library but no longer is there.  
  
  I'd appreciate any helpful pointers as to how I can get that code.
