A friend is trying to discover the name of a film, sci-fi or fantasy, in which there were people (androids?) with green or blue faces. Probably first released in 1973. I promised him that the net would know. Prove me right! Thanks--

I promised >him that the net would know. Prove me right! Thanks-- Oof! I thought I was good, but this gives me so little to go on. I think that FANTASTIC PLANET sort of fills the bill. It was released in this country in 1973 and has giant aliens with blue flesh and red eyes inhabiting the Earth.
