At a rate of about one per day since my previous post, people have been pointing out that a mailing list called "clp" is already being administered at Xerox. However, that list is concerned with Concurrent Logic Programming, so the intersection with the list that I have established is minimal. I relized in advance that there was some danger of confusion between the two lists, but I understand that the Xerox list was already getting stray messages about CLP(R) etc. so I hope that in the long run the new list will not make things worse.
