I would be interested in finding what people think about IBM's version of PROLOG for the mainframe. What are its advantages and disadvantages? -- Mott Given @ Defense Logistics Agency ,DSAC-TMP, Bldg. 27-1, P.O. I used it a couple of times, the principal problem is that the sintax is different from the PROLOG-10 standard (totally diferent), There is a way to generate an interpreter that use the standard but does not work very well. The only thing special that it has is its interface with LIST, you can send and recieve objects to be evaluated in the other system in a corrutine style. I think there are more usefulls interpreters in the market. --Jose Alberto. -- :/ \ Jose Alberto Fernandez R | INTERNET: alberto@tove.umd.edu :| o o | Dept. of Computer Sc. | :| ^ | Univesity of Marylad | :\ \_/ / College Park, MD 20742 |
