Hi, here we are again, Antje and Petra. For all who don't know us by now: we are two students at University of Dortmund who are interested in Logic Grammars (in Prolog) and concerned topics. It is our aim to implement a natural language front end for a definite deductive database, where the database clauses have the following format (Lloyd, 1987): A :- W. where A is an atom and W a typed first order formula. We'll draw our attention esp. on the logical connectors: and, or, not, <->, -> as a semantic representation for natural language sentences. As a consequence we are VERY MUCH interested in literature about the handling of those within Logic Grammar formalisms (in Prolog). Please contact us via email, we'll send you further information.
