[comp.lang.prolog] Info. wanted on SIMPLE interface to Prolog

A colleague of mine is looking for information on implementations of
the micro Prolog SIMPLE syntax, as described in Clark and McCabe, which
have been implemented in Clocksin and Mellish syntax based systems.  He
is working in the MS-DOS world.
