We have used ProWindows from Quintus for building a graphical query language on top of standard SQL. This helps a naive user make ad-hoc queries to a RDBMS supporting SQL. Our problem is that ProWindows only run on top of SunView which means that Sun is the only possible workstation. When will ProWindows be ported to the X-Windowing system?
