[comp.lang.prolog] trying to locate a paper

I am trying to locate a paper by H.G. OKUNO which may have appeared under
one of the following titles:

     "The Report of the Third Lisp Contest and the First Prolog Contest"

     "The Proposal of the Benchmarks for the Third Lisp Contest and the First
	Prolog Contest"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
