You can't.  At least not legally.  Both require a license.  For NU-
Prolog contact mip@munnari.cs.mu.OZ.AU.  For SICStus, the contact is
sicstus_request@sics.se.  Licenses for Academic/Teaching use are a few
hundred $US.
