I've been posting to msdos.programmer and they're quite tired of me, I'm sure. Is there a bboard specifically for Turbo Prolog on internet? Anyways, here's my problem with Turbo Prolog Ver 2.0: I am testing a short procedure that contains a call to makewindow. It runs fine, and all predicates in the routine are called, but then it returns (if queried in the goal window) without failing or succeeding, nor returning any solutions -- it just returns the goal prompt. The executable seems to just lock up at that point. 'Notting' the call succeeds, but I can't find any reason why the call would fail -- all clauses inside the routine succeed. Ideas? Am I programming in PROFLOG (fuzzy logic)? Please respond to tg1e+@andrew.cmu.edu. Thanks. Tim Gottschalk Pittsburgh, PA

Here's a question for Turbo Prolog users: I'm calling Turbo C procedures from Prolog and everything compiles, links, and runs fine... except all i/o in my 'C' code is ignored. I've tried flushing the buffers afterwards but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this? Scott +-----------------------------+-----------------------------------+ | Scott A.
